Tadhg Cargill, MChiro, DC

Tadhg’s interest in musculoskeletal health began long before he became a chiropractor. Having trained in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and martial arts for many years, he experienced first-hand the injuries, setbacks and rehabilitation that often come with an active lifestyle. Those experiences sparked a fascination with how the body moves, adapts and
recovers, ultimately leading him to pursue a career in chiropractic.
Today, Tadhg enjoys helping people from all walks of life, whether they’re recovering from a sports injury, managing persistent pain or simply looking to move more comfortably. He believes the best care starts with listening, taking the time to understand each person’s concerns, goals and lifestyle before creating a treatment plan that’s tailored to their individual needs.
His approach combines detailed assessment, chiropractic adjustments and personalised rehabilitation, with a focus on helping patients understand their condition and feel confident throughout their recovery. Rather than simply treating symptoms, Tadhg works with patients to help them return to the activities that matter most—whether that’s training in the gym, competing in sport, keeping up with family life or simply moving without discomfort.
Outside the clinic, Tadhg continues to enjoy strength training and staying active, bringing the same passion for movement and performance into the care he provides every day.
