Your First Visit: 60 Minutes Focused on You

You’ll spend a brief moment in our light‑filled, shoes‑off waiting area before we begin. We start with a clear conversation about your concerns and goals. Dr Callum then performs a nervous‑system exam: detailed posture checks, manual muscle testing, and SOT® reflex point analysis.

We combine your goals with our findings to outline a personalised plan, including the likely response time, the three phases of care – acute, prevention, and maintenance – and the chiropractic “Big Idea” behind our approach. Onboarding is a one‑visit process; X‑rays are referred out as needed, and care is gentle, drug‑free, and focused on whole‑body health.

Follow‑Ups, Fees, and Payments

Follow‑up visits are about 20 minutes and include practical education to build better health habits. Many patients notice early changes within the first four to six adjustments, and we review progress regularly.

Our fees are fair and comparable locally; we do not offer discounts or new‑patient specials, and we accept all major credit cards, including American Express. If additional support is appropriate, Dr Callum will coordinate referral to your GP.
